|LOCATION||Palio Psychiko, Attica|
Originally consisting of two houses, the building was transformed into one residence and completely reconstructed. In the surrounding area a swimming pool and a gazebo, all bespoke ironwork, were created to match the original architecture of the building, primarily built in 1923. The interior of the building was painted in dusty pink. White marble covers the ground floor and dark, almost black wooden floor, covers the upper floor. Black, pink and white marble cover the walls of all bathrooms and powder room. The kitchen worktop was also made from white marble to lighten and contrast the pink walls and black cabinets. The fireplace was designed all white marble in ART DECO STYLE, as well as many of the custom made furniture pieces and cupboards of the residence. Special attention was given to the bronze details such as the balustrade, handles and other details around the house.
