This residence in Limmasol, Cyprus was designed keeping in mind two main factors: the view and the internal organisation. The private outdoor area was kept at the back of the building in order to achieve privacy. The entrance to the residence is achieved through a pergola and permits views through the windows on either side of the living room. The building itself was conceived as two separate volumes linked by a central actor point, which accommodates the vertical circulations. Similarly the interior is organised in 2 different zones, private and communal on the ground floor and the master suite and children’s area on the first floor. Everything both indoors and outdoors was kept simple in a contemporary yet timeless style.
